Girard S. Hendelman

Girard S. Hendelman

Co-President

Girard co-founded GSH Group Casino Parties in 2014 with a clear goal: deliver high-quality, casino-style events backed by exceptional service. What began with just 14 parties in the first year has grown into a thriving business hosting over 400 events annually.

Before launching GSH, Girard spent years as a professional gambler, developing a deep understanding of casino games, player psychology, and what creates an authentic, engaging experience. He brought that real-world insight into the business, helping shape GSH events to feel less like rentals—and more like a true casino atmosphere.

Today, as Co-President, Girard focuses on business development, leadership, and driving the company’s continued growth. He plays a key role in expanding partnerships, refining strategy, and positioning GSH for long-term success.

A core differentiator for GSH is its comprehensive training program, which includes both dealers and casino hosts. Each team member is trained not only in technical game proficiency, but also in guest interaction, teaching basic strategy, and creating an engaging, approachable environment for players of all experience levels.

Michael Oboikovitz

Michael Oboikovitz

Co-President

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Mike Oboikovitz began his career in the casino-themed event industry at just 14 years old, dealing Blackjack and learning the business from the ground up. After relocating to Chicago in 2009, he quickly established himself as one of the top dealers in the market before transitioning into event management and operations.

Mike went on to become Operations Manager of a leading casino-themed event company, where he developed extensive experience in executing high-end events and managing large teams. In 2015, he joined GSH Group and has since played a pivotal role in its growth, helping transform the company into one of the premier casino rental providers in the Midwest.

In 2025, Mike became Co-President and Co-Partner alongside Girard Hendelman. Today, he remains actively involved in all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, accounting, administration, and event execution, ensuring a high standard of quality across every client experience.

Jessica O'Connell

Events Director

Jessica joined the GSH team in February 2021 and quickly became an invaluable part of delivering exceptional client experiences. As the first point of contact, she combines enthusiasm, professionalism, and deep industry knowledge to ensure every interaction is seamless and welcoming.

With over 20 years of experience in Relationship Management, Project Management, and Business Development, Jessica brings a well-rounded skill set that helps clients confidently plan their events. She is dedicated to guiding each client through the process, answering questions, and creating unforgettable casino party experiences.

A longtime Las Vegas resident and casino gaming enthusiast for more than 25 years, Jessica offers genuine insight into what makes a high-quality casino experience. Her expertise and passion make her a trusted resource for clients looking to create memorable and engaging events.

Operations Manager

Kevin Muckian has been part of the GSH Casino Parties team since 2017 and currently serves as Operations Manager, where he helps ensure every event runs as smoothly as possible. From coordinating with clients and venues to booking and preparing our dealers, I focus on keeping details organized so event day feels effortless. When I’m not organizing events, I’m exploring new food spots—or cheering (and occasionally yelling or crying) through Bears, Blackhawks, and Sox games from my couch.

Operations Manager

Michael Brooks serves as Warehouse Manager at GSH Group Casino Parties, where he plays a critical role in ensuring every event is executed with precision behind the scenes. With over 30 years of experience in the casino industry, Michael brings a deep understanding of operations, logistics, and what it takes to deliver a seamless event experience.

Known for his strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail, Michael oversees all warehouse operations, including inventory management, equipment preparation, and quality control. He is also responsible for coordinating and booking loaders, ensuring that every event is set up and broken down efficiently and on schedule.

Michael’s commitment to organization and consistency helps maintain the high standards GSH is known for. His ability to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and keep operations running smoothly makes him an invaluable part of the team.
